Parasectoid was first discovered in a swampy wetland plain, when Charles Daimian was reported to have rotting and wrinkly skin, but still walking fine. His eyes were white as if he had turned them to the back of his head, and he persuaded 5 others to become hosts
Scientist Parament Garmen was the first one to Studie this virus, even getting to name it after himself, he realized this virus acts much like a parasite or fungus, zombifying the host and taking over. The only way to survive the PARASECTOID-47 is to burn the infected skin. The virus seems to be resisted to most things except fire. Many who were reluctant to do this died and were reported similarly to Charles Daimian. This virus seems to be being produced for the sake of a specified species, but we don’t know which one. It is hinted that it is being produced by an insect or arachnid. Though the contagiousness it reliant on objects, the virus seems to know how to persuade people into the forest, to soon become hosts, as stated beforehand. Ironically, Parament Garmen was a host himself after discovering the virus
